Social Media & Creators Systems Lead

Responsibilities

• Produce and publish high-velocity content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-assisted workflows
• Manage publishing cadences and foster community via active interaction
• Build automated pipelines for sourcing, vetting, and prioritizing creators
• Use AI to personalize outreach and scale creator activations
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline of UGC assets for paid channels
• Turn performance data into creative briefs, scripts, and prompts for creators
• Integrate tools like Dify and automation platforms to eliminate manual tasks

Requirements

• Deep experience managing social channels and building creator programs for consumer brands
• Extensive knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems
• Proven ability to generate high-performing content for organic and paid media
• Early adopter of AI tools such as LLMs and image/video generation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute rapidly
