Social Media Coordinator & Social Media Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create, schedule, and upload engaging content such as photos, videos, reels, and stories
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to drive engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Support sales growth through influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and livestream sales events
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches and promotional campaigns
• Assist with the preparation, setup, and execution of in-store promotions and marketing events

Requirements

• Experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a creative mindset
• Proficiency in content creation, photography, and video editing
• Bilingual skills in English and Korean
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or K-beauty industry is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools
• Understanding of TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and social commerce platforms
• Strong short-form video creation and content styling skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
