Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage FSG’s social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others
• Publish original content regularly across all active channels, maintaining consistency, voice, and quality
• Build and manage a content calendar in close collaboration with the editorial and communications team
• Translate business objectives and company narratives into storytelling opportunities suited for social channels
• Monitor social platforms for relevant conversations, trends, and emerging narratives
• Support the creation of social media assets including graphics and short video clips
• Develop consistent platform reporting and bring data-informed insights to the team
• Collaborate with FSG properties to amplify content and grow cross-platform presence

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on social media experience managing accounts for a brand, company, or organization
• Demonstrated ability to grow an audience and publish content consistently
• Strong writing skills with an ability to create concise, engaging, and platform-appropriate copy
• Fluency across major social platforms including Meta, X, and LinkedIn
• Based in Boston or willing to relocate for this full-time, in-person role
• Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a fast-moving organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic design capabilities in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
