About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day implementation of social channel strategies to ensure best-in-class execution across all platforms.
- Act as the APAC platform lead, serving as the key point of contact between global and local teams to coordinate calendars and manage approvals.
- Track and analyze performance across key KPIs, using Excel to manipulate data and deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Develop and execute social-first campaigns and content that bring the brand narrative to life in a culturally relevant way.
- Identify and respond to emerging trends to ensure the brand remains part of the wider cultural dialogue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, PR, and events, to deliver cohesive and impactful strategies.
- Manage social commerce by liaising with relevant teams to ensure product catalogues are up to date.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of Western social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube).
- Essential understanding of Asian social networks (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, LINE, Kakao, Little Red Book).
- Analytical mind with the ability to interpret social metrics and data into actionable learnings.
- Strong creative instinct with the ability to develop original, highly shareable ideas.
- Proven experience delivering social-first brand campaigns from ideation through to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
