Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain social content calendars across multiple brands and campaigns
• Coordinate publishing workflows, approvals, and scheduling across platforms
• Publish and manage daily social content across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms
• Develop and evolve distinct brand voices with a focus on humor and internet-native communication
• Write reactive, culturally relevant social copy to drive engagement
• Identify opportunities for brands to participate in trends, memes, and online discourse
• Engage directly with audiences through comments, replies, and community interactions
• Support influencer and creator partnership workflows including outreach and coordination
• Manage creator communications including emails, briefs, and deliverables
• Review creator and social content submissions and provide feedback
• Support fast-turn content execution including memes, graphics, and captions
• Build scalable systems for managing multi-brand social calendars and publishing timelines
• Track publishing schedules, campaign progress, and social performance reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands
• Experience supporting or executing multi-platform social campaigns
• Strong copywriting skills for platform-native content
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, or stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating tone of voice or social content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent teams
• Experience creating social-first content including memes and graphics
• Consumer brand, entertainment, creator economy, or agency experience
• Strong understanding of Gen-Z internet culture and platform behavior
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, reactive social environments
