Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community engagement across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Respond to tags, comments, and user-generated content using a witty, Gen-Z-aligned brand voice
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content, including capturing in-store content and video at live events
• Track weekly performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to refine social strategy
• Stay ahead of emerging memes, platform updates, and Gen-Z trends to share insights during team brainstorms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Social, PR, and Influencer teams to ensure campaign alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write in a sharp, culturally relevant voice
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Docs
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using social media management platforms such as Dash Hudson or Monday.com
