Social Media Content & Video Creator

Responsibilities

• Capture documentary-style video and photo content of leadership, coaching sessions, and business operations
• Document commercial landscaping activities, including crews, equipment, and job sites
• Conduct street-style interviews with team members, customers, and vendors in both English and Spanish
• Organize, label, and upload raw footage to the remote marketing team
• Assist in organizing and capturing content for marketing events and community activations
• Identify strong hooks, soundbites, and storytelling opportunities in real-time

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Located in Northwest Arkansas or willing to relocate
• Strong camera, audio, and lighting skills for short-form video and photography
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 3–4 times per year
• Proficiency in basic short-form video editing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments, job sites, and varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience creating content for service businesses, construction, or personal brands
• Drone operation experience
• Experience working with remote creative teams
