Social Media & Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms
• Plan, draft, schedule, and publish daily or weekly content
• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead on campaign launches, product updates, and thought leadership
• Research competitors and trends to keep content differentiated
• Edit and publish short-form video (YouTube Shorts)
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and monitoring DMs
• Analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve reach
• Support content creation for paid social campaigns

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of full-time experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment
• Strong storytelling and writing skills with a human, non-AI-generated style
• Proficiency with video editing and design tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma)
• Analytical mindset focused on data-driven results
• Based in San Francisco and available for in-person work

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B SaaS or AI
