Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create and edit social-first content including short-form video, reels, and posts
• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, and native TikTok/IG features for content creation
• Stay updated on cultural and platform trends to generate relevant content ideas
• Manage day-to-day community interactions and engagement
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment
• Monitor performance and community feedback to optimize future content

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media content creation or community management
• Familiarity with the Baby and Family Care industry
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, and native social media editors
• Proactive and creative mindset suitable for fast turnarounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Familiarity with YouTube, X, or LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics
