Social Media Content Creator & Videographer

Responsibilities

• Document the leadership and coaching side of the business through b-roll, talking-head videos, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Capture the story of the commercial landscaping business, including crew work, equipment, job sites, and customer interactions
• Conduct street-style interviews and testimonials with team members, customers, and vendors in both English and Spanish
• Help organize and capture content at marketing events to turn them into long-term marketing assets
• Work with a remote marketing team by uploading, organizing, labeling, and sharing high-quality raw footage
• Stay on top of social media trends, hooks, and editing styles to ensure content remains relevant and high-impact

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Located in Northwest Arkansas or willing to relocate
• Strong camera, audio, and lighting skills for video and photo content
• Ability to perform basic short-form video editing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 3–4 times per year for extended periods
• Comfortable working in diverse environments, including offices, job sites, and outdoor settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for service businesses, construction, landscaping, or personal brands
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with photography, drone operation, or event coordination
• Experience working alongside remote creative or marketing teams

Benefits

• $52,000 base salary
• Up to $8,000 in annual performance bonuses
• Company-paid business travel
