Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and execute organic social media strategies aligned to business objectives
• Partner with marketing leaders to develop social content calendars informed by trends and insights
• Capture, edit, and publish high-performing social content across major platforms
• Produce video, static, and low-to-high production content to drive engagement and follower growth
• Establish and evolve visual language and branded storytelling across channels
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital, Events, and Partnership teams to deliver campaigns
• Execute on-site social storytelling at events, trade shows, and partnership activations
• Monitor and manage social communities, including platforms such as G2 and Reddit
• Track performance, report on results, and identify opportunities to optimize content

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Proven ability to produce content across both video and static formats
• Proficiency with social editing tools such as Canva and native platform tools
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Oktopost, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and attention to detail
• Willingness to submit a 60-second video and portfolio of relevant work as part of the application
