Social Media Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Develop, film, and edit weekly short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Capture behind-the-scenes studio moments, developer stories, and gameplay showcases
• Pitch and execute recurring series and trend-based social concepts
• Manage the end-to-end production pipeline including scripting, filming, editing, and sound composition
• Collaborate with social, marketing, and development teams to spotlight the creative process
• Stay current on platform trends and creator formats within the gaming industry

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social-first or short-form video production
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality vertical video efficiently
• Strong storytelling instincts for translating game content into social narratives
• Passion for video games and science fiction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with game developers or entertainment brands
• Skills in photography, motion graphics, or livestream production
• Familiarity with gameplay capture workflows and gaming production pipelines

About the Company

Archetype Entertainment is a new game studio in Austin, Texas led by industry veterans from BioWare and other AAA studios. A division of Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro), Archetype is building a development team to create a new science fiction universe for a multiplatform roleplaying video game.
