About the role
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook
- Track internet culture and viral trends to identify authentic opportunities for brand engagement
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Science teams to support product launches and brand initiatives
- Develop audience-driven content series to deepen community understanding of genetic stories
- Use reporting tools to analyze content performance and optimize future creative assets
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of professional experience in social media production or digital marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in CapCut, TikTok, or Canva
- Proficiency with both smartphone and DSLR camera equipment
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills for captions and educational scripts
- Experience using Jira for project management and Sprout Social for scheduling
