Social Media & Content Creation Intern, K-food & K-beauty

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality K-category content (specifically K-food and K-beauty) for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and Korean community engagement
• Edit and produce short-form video and static image content for social media and paid advertising campaigns
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with trends in beauty, food, social media, and content marketing

Requirements

• High proficiency in Korean (writing, speaking, reading, and listening) is mandatory
• Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong video editing and static image creation skills
• Familiarity with content management tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
• Ability to work onsite in Brea, CA to facilitate real-time collaboration
• A creative mindset with a deep, genuine passion for Korean culture and trending brands

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
• Experience specifically with Korean beauty and food content creation
• Ability to map content ideas back to business KPIs
