Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with marketing objectives
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
