About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of the organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Build weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and retail moments
  • Translate product science into digestible, scroll-stopping social content
  • Edit social assets using Canva and repurpose UGC/creator content
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs with brand-aligned personality
  • Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Jasper to streamline production
  • Support and execute IRL brand activations and community events

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in beauty or wellness
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut or InShot
  • Experience using AI tools for creative production
  • Ability to be on camera and lead brand events
  • Strong understanding of TikTok FYP and Instagram Reels nuances

Preferred Qualifications

  • Personal TikTok or Instagram following with content experimentation
  • Existing user of Boka products
