Responsibilities

  • Execute social media and community strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Manage daily content publishing, scheduling, and optimization
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and community discussions
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video teams to deliver high-quality content
  • Track and monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and sentiment
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
  • Monitor brand mentions and coordinate with Customer Support to address inquiries or complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing brand or corporate social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
