Social Media & Business Support Executive (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s LinkedIn business page and support executive profiles
• Plan and publish consistent weekly content across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Design professional posts, banners, and carousels using Canva
• Maintain a refined brand tone suitable for B2B and luxury trade
• Monitor engagement, messages, and inquiries, escalating relevant leads to management
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT for content ideation and drafting support
• Assist in identifying B2B prospects through LinkedIn and online research
• Support LinkedIn outreach activities and maintain a lead tracker
• Coordinate follow-ups and prospect research under management guidance

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Minimum 1 year of mandatory UAE work experience
• Strong working knowledge of Canva (portfolio preferred)
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn business pages or professional accounts
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• B.Com degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to B2B, service-based, or luxury goods environments (e.g., jewelry or trading)
• Basic understanding of lead generation or client outreach
• Familiarity with Instagram analytics and insights
• Knowledge of Hindi or Arabic
