Social Media Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimisation for newsletters, product updates, and promotions
• Grow and manage LinkedIn presence; test new content formats and leverage YouTube and Twitter
• Own visual identity and graphic design across all marketing channels
• Support website design, SEO activities, and UX optimisation
• Measure and improve performance metrics across channels against challenging KPIs
• Manage paid advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and share relevant content with the audience

Requirements

• UK work permit (essential)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or working towards a university qualification
• Relentless drive and desire to excel
• Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
• Proactive mindset with ownership and follow-through on commitments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organised with ability to structure and prioritise work
