Social Media Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of social media strategy across LinkedIn and X
• Manage day-to-day operations including editorial planning, publishing workflows, and calendar management
• Create social-first content including platform-native copy and visual direction
• Partner with Marketing and Communications to translate complex investment themes into engaging storytelling
• Manage organic and paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and performance optimization
• Monitor performance metrics and audience insights to refine content strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5+ years of experience in social media, preferably in financial services or professional services
• Proven experience managing brand social media channels and content strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for platform-native copy
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with paid social strategy
• Experience with social analytics platforms
• Knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools
