Social Media Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute social media strategy and messaging across brand-owned platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Conduct weekly data performance and marketing analytics to track growth metrics
• Research current social media trends to optimize content performance
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including copywriting, creative concepts, and visual planning
• Perform end-to-end video and photoshoot processes including storyboarding, staging, and editing
• Maintain brand tone of voice and manage organic social media activities like giveaways and contests
• Lead end-to-end KOL strategy including sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and managing creator relationships
• Track KOL campaign performance and report on ROI and engagement impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• 1-2 years of experience in Social Media or KOL management within hotel, real estate, lifestyle, or startup sectors
• Strong content and copywriting skills
• Proficient video editing skills using Capcut and VN
• Familiarity with hotel and co-living industry trends in Indonesia
• Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and X
• Native Indonesian and fluent in English
• Strong analytical and project management skills
