Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the online digital social presence, championing brands across all social platforms
• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies and digital marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales and brand loyalty
• Develop engaging, platform-native content including short-form video, reels, and stories
• Capture live content during festival periods and related events
• Manage social media channels including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on performance
• Collaborate with the Creative Designer and wider marketing team to ensure brand alignment
• Assist in curating and updating website and app content
• Provide online customer service by responding to community questions and queries

Requirements

• Demonstrable social media and digital marketing experience in a professional setting
• Proficiency in editing content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
• Experience creating and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences
• Experience using social media management and metric tools
• Proficiency with website content management systems like WordPress
• A passion for electronic music, live music, and the festival industry
• Ability to work on-site in Liverpool and attend festivals/events as required, including weekend work during festival seasons
