10Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA. We have raised $70M to build the world’s first fully autonomous manicure machine and have already pre-sold our first 1,000 machines to iconic brands like Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom.

Responsibilities

• Capture real, credible content at HQ and real locations several days per week
• Ideate and create content supporting core content pillars
• Measure and report on audience engagement to accelerate successes
• Manage posting, scheduling, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Partner with Brand Director and Co-Founder on bi-weekly planning
• Support launches, shoots, events, and key brand moments through proactive content capture
• Support the creation of both paid and organic social content

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or creator support
• Native fluency in TikTok and Instagram formats, trends, and platform nuances
• Ability to film people in real environments at speed
• Fast, clean editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
• Experience with an integrated tech stack, including AI, for content management and measurement
• Deep interest in technology, beauty, fashion, or wellness
