About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts and communication lists for sixstepsrecords artists
  • Create and maintain thorough social media calendars for each artist account
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative Coordinators to ideate content and manage asset approvals
  • Write copy for post captions and schedule content across platforms
  • Handle community engagement and moderation on X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Monitor and report on key social media metrics, statistics, and insights
  • Implement email and text marketing campaigns for artists
  • Coordinate with Capitol CMG digital teams and Passion City Church marketing teams

Requirements

  • Experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong copywriting, written, and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail regarding spelling and grammar
  • Strong eye for design and photography
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
  • Experience in a digital, communications, or marketing environment
