About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts and communication lists for sixstepsrecords artists
- Create and maintain thorough social media calendars for each artist account
- Collaborate with Content and Creative Coordinators to ideate content and manage asset approvals
- Write copy for post captions and schedule content across platforms
- Handle community engagement and moderation on X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor and report on key social media metrics, statistics, and insights
- Implement email and text marketing campaigns for artists
- Coordinate with Capitol CMG digital teams and Passion City Church marketing teams
Requirements
- Experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong copywriting, written, and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail regarding spelling and grammar
- Strong eye for design and photography
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
- Experience in a digital, communications, or marketing environment
