Responsibilities
- Analyze social media campaign metrics including KPIs, performance, and ROI
- Transform complex data into clear, visual, and actionable reports and narratives
- Perform social listening to monitor brand health, consumer sentiment, and competitor activity
- Detect real-time digital trends, memes, and cultural opportunities
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Account teams to optimize content and campaigns
- Maintain expertise in the latest social analysis tools and platforms
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working within an advertising or marketing agency
- Proficiency with social listening and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Socialbakers)
- Mastery of native social media platform analytics tools
- Advanced English fluency for regional and global projects
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
