Social Media Administrator

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow content across Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok focusing on voter registration and mobilization
• Stay current with social media trends and algorithms to improve engagement and platform growth
• Create and edit compelling digital content including reels, TikToks, and memes
• Track post performance and analytics to improve content strategy
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build an online community
• Collaborate with other departments to support voter outreach campaigns and event promotions

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite at Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona
• Passion for conservative values and the organization's mission
• Familiarity with social media content creation and analytics
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and X performance, video editing, and meme culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing within political or advocacy settings
• Experience with grassroots organizing or voter outreach
• Extensive knowledge of party politics and election cycles
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, campaign-style work environments
