About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow content across Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok
- Create and edit compelling digital content including reels, TikToks, memes, and graphics
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve reach and engagement
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and direct messages
- Collaborate with other departments to support voter outreach and awareness campaigns
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in-office at Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona
- Passion for civic engagement and the mission to increase voter participation
- Familiarity with social media content creation and analytics
- Strong understanding of video editing, meme culture, and trend adaptation on major platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing within a nonprofit or advocacy organization
- Experience with community outreach or public awareness campaigns
- Understanding of voter engagement efforts and digital outreach strategies
