Social Media Administrator

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow content across Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok
• Create and edit compelling digital content including reels, TikToks, memes, and graphics
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
• Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve reach and engagement
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and direct messages
• Collaborate with other departments to support voter outreach and awareness campaigns

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in-office at Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona
• Passion for civic engagement and the mission to increase voter participation
• Familiarity with social media content creation and analytics
• Strong understanding of video editing, meme culture, and trend adaptation on major platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing within a nonprofit or advocacy organization
• Experience with community outreach or public awareness campaigns
• Understanding of voter engagement efforts and digital outreach strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
