About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Facebook Page access, permissions, and troubleshooting for various branches
  • Maintain and curate the Facebook Manager Database and internal tracking systems
  • Process Facebook ad requests and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Research Facebook Ads Manager updates and evaluate their benefit to the company
  • Develop educational resources, infographics, and instructional materials for internal teams
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to improve social media utilization and follower growth

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer support skills
  • Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal departments and branch teams
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and maintain accurate records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Facebook Pages, Meta Business Suite, or Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with administrative workflows and internal request forms
  • Basic understanding of social media advertising
  • Experience creating process guides or internal communications
