Social Media Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the face and voice of the brand by managing all community communications
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for various social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Set and implement social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies
• Monitor and report on feedback, online reviews, and community engagement
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a community manager
• Hands-on experience with social media management for established brands
• Experience launching community initiatives such as ambassador programs or event series
• Ability to identify and track relevant community and engagement metrics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and digital technology trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle stress, ambiguity, and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Knowledge of Saudi culture
• Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
