Social Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate social data (headcount, payroll, absenteeism, turnover, etc.) to produce reliable HR reporting and dashboards.
• Manage HR cost tracking and contribute to the HR budget, including monthly monitoring, forecasting, and annual closing.
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations, including social reports, BDES, and professional equality indices.
• Support the HR Director in budget management and propose optimization opportunities.
• Prepare data for compensation committees, including salary increases, bonuses, and payroll impact.
• Collaborate with HR teams to build compensation policies and participate in HRIS administration.
• Conduct ad-hoc studies regarding workforce planning (GPEC), social climate, or HR performance.

Requirements

• Specialized training in social management control.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within an HR environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced analytical tools.
• Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
