Social Listener 115

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from users and partners on the 115 emergency social number
• Identify callers, evaluate their situations and needs, and qualify requests
• Collect and update information provided by callers
• Request available solutions such as hotels or emergency housing structures
• Inform callers about their rights and obligations regarding the 115 service
• Orient callers toward appropriate solutions or services

Requirements

• Bac + 2 degree in a social or work-related field (minimum educational monitor level)
• Professional experience working with populations in social difficulty
• Proficiency with computer tools, specifically Excel and SI-SIAO
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and discretion
• Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities autonomously
• Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the medico-social sector
• Fluency in a second language
