About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal notes
- Participate in drafting correspondence such as disciplinary sanctions and dismissal procedures
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings with staff representatives (CSE, CSSCT, Group Committee, negotiations, etc.)
Requirements
- Ideally pursuing a second-year Master's degree in social law
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex legal texts
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work in a team and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
