Social Intelligence Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute daily social listening and deliver comprehensive reports for brand and business priorities
• Analyze competitive landscapes and responses to key topics
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly integrated digital reporting for C-suite executives
• Deliver actionable insights to support brand intelligence and enterprise improvement
• Monitor real-time social trends, which may require occasional evening or weekend work

Requirements

• 2+ years in social media or digital marketing analytics
• Expertise with social listening platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or Hootsuite
• Advanced Boolean search knowledge
• Experience with paid and organic social reporting
• Proficiency with Google Analytics or other website analytics platforms
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Degree in an analytical or business-related subject
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
• Experience working within large corporate environments
