About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the use of data as a story, translating complex analytical work into actionable recommendations
- Develop unique social intelligence outputs including brand tracking, crisis monitoring, and audience segmentation
- Interpret business challenges to develop measurement plans, goals, and KPIs
- Create visually engaging dashboards using tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or Tableau
- Act as a key player in new briefs and represent the agency's social intelligence expertise
- Mentor Social Intelligence Analysts and foster a culture of excellence
- Provide guidance on global dashboard setup, reporting, taxonomy, and tagging governance
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data and analytics
- Proven experience managing social intelligence across multiple markets
- Deep expertise with social intelligence tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, YouScan)
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and cross-channel marketing analytics
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives
