About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collate, analyse, and process high volumes of social-first performance and audience data
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and always-on social activity
  • Distill complex data into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable next steps
  • Create compelling performance narratives that translate results into business impact
  • Present findings confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work with strategists, creatives, and account teams to develop insight-led work
  • Build and maintain social dashboards for real-time performance visibility
  • Develop client-specific reporting frameworks and measurement approaches
  • Identify trends, cultural shifts, and audience behaviours to influence social strategy

Requirements

  • Significant experience in social listening, social intelligence, or digital analytics
  • Strong knowledge of social intelligence and analytics platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media metrics and reporting methodologies
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Strong storytelling skills to turn data into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Business, Media, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analysing data from multiple regions and global markets
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Pulsar, GWI, or NetBase
  • Exposure to paid social performance and its synergy with organic channels
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and AI tools in social measurement
  • Experience contributing to new business pitches
