About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in ASEAN & South Pacific
- Lead the transformation and operations of social media work for brands
- Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee execution across multiple markets ensuring consistent brand messaging
- Establish KPIs and implement reporting mechanisms to optimize campaigns
- Build and mentor high-performing, inclusive social media teams
- Manage project budgets, contract negotiations, and service level agreements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing
- Significant experience in leadership roles, ideally within an agency
- Deep understanding of the Asia South Pacific digital landscape and consumer behavior
- Proven track record of executing social media strategies for global brands
- Strong financial acumen including budget management and contract negotiation
- Exceptional client management and stakeholder navigation skills
