Social Editor/Video Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video formats and editing techniques
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests
• Attend creative brainstorms, kick-offs, and team meetings to contribute ideas and design strategy
• Mentor Creators, Creator Residents, Art Directors, and Copywriters on best practices and execution

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional creative experience across various media platforms
• Proven experience as a video shooter and editor, preferably in advertising or digital media
• Solid understanding of video production techniques including lighting, framing, and audio
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Extraordinary content creation skills from start to finish, including motion design
• Ability to work as a responsible, accountable self-starter
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.K.
