Social Distribution Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Profound’s social distribution strategy across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms
• Partner with the research team to translate data points into high-performing social content
• Build and manage a repeatable research-to-social pipeline
• Build and run the executive voice program for internal thought leaders
• Design and scale an employee advocacy program to turn the team into a distribution network
• Set creative direction for social and video content in collaboration with videographers
• Develop distribution playbooks to maximize the reach of pillar content
• Track social analytics and use data to refine distribution strategy
• Collaborate with Content, PMM, and Comms teams on cohesive launch plans

Requirements

• Proven experience building social distribution programs that drove measurable growth
• Deep understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and professional audience engagement
• Strong instinct for identifying compelling insights from raw data or customer transcripts
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to ghostwrite for executives
• Systems-oriented mindset focused on building repeatable engines rather than one-off posts
• Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or tech environments
• Analytical and data-informed approach to measuring performance
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams including branded social and employee advocacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with employee advocacy platforms like GaggleAMP or Sprout
• Background in data journalism, research communications, or content translation
