Social & Culture Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop social and cultural strategy that connects to broader brand, comms, and content objectives
• Spot emerging cultural moments and audience shifts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
• Write briefs and build strategic decks to guide creative and content teams
• Present strategy to clients and senior internal stakeholders, tying cultural relevance to commercial impact
• Stay close to the creative work through production to ensure strategic intent is met
• Mentor junior strategists and help raise the strategic quality of the wider team
• Partner with strategists at other agencies within the client ecosystem
• Build working knowledge of the ice cream category, including audience behavior and competitive landscape

Requirements

• Solid agency strategy background across social, brand, comms, or content strategy
• Nuanced understanding of culture and platform behaviors (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit)
• Strong writing and presentation skills for building and delivering strategic decks
• Experience presenting directly to clients or senior stakeholders
• Ability to connect strategic thinking to business outcomes
• Experience with complex client or agency structures (IAT environments)
• Food and beverage category experience
• Influencer and creator strategy experience
