Social Creator Lead

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold creative standards for all studio content, including always-on, campaign, and reactive work
• Lead by example by creating short-form video, static, and motion content
• Develop modular content approaches and scalable production workflows
• Guide content adaptation and localisation across multiple markets
• Mentor and lead a team of Content Creators, providing actionable feedback
• Partner with Strategy, Social, and Data teams to align output with performance insights
• Manage workstream-level production budgets and external creator collaborations
• Maintain high standards in visual quality, accessibility, and brand consistency

Requirements

• Strong creative concepting and hands-on content creation skills (video, static, motion)
• Advanced knowledge of social media platform best practices and engagement drivers
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, or Figma
• Proven experience leading or mentoring creative teams
• Experience managing production budgets and negotiating with suppliers
• Background in social content for consumer brands, ideally FMCG
• Expert-level proficiency with Gen AI tools for content creation and workflow optimisation
• Experience with paid social content and performance testing frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced studio environments
