Social Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the social creative vision across a major client account
• Set the standard for social-first thinking across campaigns and content
• Champion bold, culturally relevant ideas that earn attention
• Lead creative development from concept through to execution at scale
• Maintain a deep understanding of platform evolution and audience behavior
• Translate cultural insights and trends into brand opportunities
• Oversee development of ideas across copy, art direction, motion, and content
• Mentor multidisciplinary creative teams including strategy, design, and production
• Lead client conversations with clear creative rationale
• Own creative output across social content calendars and campaign rollouts

Requirements

• Proven creative leader with experience in social, digital, or integrated campaigns
• Deep understanding of internet culture, platforms, and audience behavior
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams in agency environments
• Ability to translate strategy into platform-native creative work
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and executional excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Creative Director or Associate Creative Director experience on social-first accounts
• Experience leading work for globally recognized brands
• Understanding of production, content ecosystems, and creator-led storytelling
