Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content production across social platforms, from model tutorials to trending social-first formats
• Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, shot lists, and call sheets
• Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, creator collaborations, and behind-the-scenes content
• Manage production vendors, photographers, videographers, stylists, and makeup artists
• Produce platform-native content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Own the production calendar and manage workflow from concept through final delivery
• Maintain organized asset libraries and content management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in content production or digital marketing
• Experience producing content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Experience working with external agencies, creators, and production partners
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnerships
• Understanding of photography, videography, editing, and post-production workflows
• Experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry
