Responsibilities

• Act as the primary shooter for evergreen social content using iPhone and DSLR
• Lead end-to-end editing for short-form content (TikTok, Shorts, Reels)
• Partner with the Outdoors and Interns teams to produce social-first content
• Work with the Social Manager to turn around content based on trending audios and memes
• Organize and manage raw footage and assets in a digital library
• Ensure all content meets the brand's visual standards

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience creating vertical-first video content
• Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and mobile cinematography
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
• Deep understanding of Gen-Z and Millennial digital culture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure creative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Eye for still photography and thumbnail creation
• Passion for the Dude Perfect brand and the outdoors
• Experience working directly with high-profile creators
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of audio recording and lighting for field shoots
• Familiarity with Monday, Frame.io, Slack, or Google Workspace
