Social & Content Manager

About the Company

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor designed to provide critical power to hospitals, data centers, and remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish daily social content for the Radiant brand and 3-4 executive accounts
• Maintain distinct voices for each executive while ensuring brand consistency
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments to keep presence active
• Create slides, decks, and presentation materials for leadership and investors
• Design graphics for social posts, announcements, and the company website
• Maintain and evolve the visual brand across all touchpoints
• Coordinate timing across the content calendar

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand communications
• Strong portfolio including social posts, graphics, slides, and short-form video
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt to different voices
• Experience managing social accounts for brands or executives
• Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content
• Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy, aerospace, defense tech, or hard tech sectors
• Video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
• Motion graphics capability (After Effects)
• Photography skills
• Experience with social analytics and reporting
