Social Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activity across assigned Own Brand social channels
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social content aligned with brand tone and guidelines
• Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting and community engagement
• Monitor social channels and respond to comments to support community engagement
• Review, analyse, and report on social content performance using insights to improve strategy
• Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and content opportunities
• Support creative social content ideation, storytelling, and concept development
• Review influencer and UGC content for suitability and coordinate collaboration requests
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, Paid Media, and Analytics teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in Social Media
• Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple social priorities
• Understanding of organic and paid social alignment
• Ability to use performance insights to influence content themes and strategy
• Strong communication, creative, and storytelling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Digital native approach with an app and mobile-first mindset
