Responsibilities

• Lead the editing and development of high-impact vertical videos (TikTok, Shorts, Reels) cut from main channel footage
• Transform and repurpose long-form content using a social-first lens for pacing, structure, graphics, and sound design
• Collaborate with the Director of Social Media on content ideation and execution of new social franchises
• Manage the full editing workflow from rough cut through final polish on a weekly schedule
• Design and implement motion graphics, VFX, and text overlays native to social platforms
• Own the revision and feedback cycle with leadership to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience editing high-impact social-first content for entertainment brands
• Deep expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (multi-cam, color grading, sound mixing)
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and VFX
• Proven ability to adapt 16x9 content into high-quality 9x16 vertical formats
• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging short-form storytelling
• Exceptional sense of comedic timing and pacing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails and visual assets
• Videography and shooting skills including camera operation, lighting, and sound
• Familiarity with Frame.io, Slack, or Google Workspace
