Social Content Creator/Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute content and community strategy, defining narrative and tone of voice aligned with brand identity
• Manage content calendars and ensure end-to-end production of engaging pieces
• Identify and capitalize on cultural trends and emerging behaviors
• Generate agile and spontaneous content to enrich brand narratives
• Act as a creator for video content, including ideation, scripting, filming, and editing using tools like CapCut
• Foster active listening and facilitate proactive interaction to build a committed community
• Coordinate with creativity, strategy, and account teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in community management and content creation, preferably in an agency or digital marketing team
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms
• Ability to analyze metrics and optimize content and engagement strategies
• High autonomy, proactivity, and strong creative judgment
• Passion for digital culture and the creator ecosystem
• Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced/professional level preferred)
