Social Content Creator Trainee

Responsibilities

• Create original, platform-native social content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Contribute creative ideas for ongoing campaigns and real-world creative briefs
• Engage with audiences through community management, including proactive commenting and trend participation
• Identify and share emerging social trends, formats, and cultural moments
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and social teams on end-to-end content development
• Develop and present a final campaign concept to leadership at the end of the program

Requirements

• Rising college freshman or sophomore pursuing marketing or social media
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and storytelling
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as CapCut, Edits, or similar mobile-first apps
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and ideation
• Ability to work in-person at our Kirkland, WA office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video content
• Familiarity with mobile-first production workflows
• Interest in emerging technology and AI-driven content creation
