Social Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute platform-native social content aligned with strategic objectives
• Partner with creative teams, influencers, and production partners to develop brand content
• Work cross-functionally with account management, project management, and strategy teams
• Contribute to creative brainstorms for quick-turn content within budget and timelines
• Develop and write creative briefs for content creators and influencers
• Implement creative workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Manage multiple client programs simultaneously from start to finish

Requirements

• 3-5 years of content creation experience in a marketing setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Express, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
• Deep experience in self-shooting, motion design, editing, and working on set
• Proven capability to translate brand objectives into reactive social content
• Deep understanding of UK culture, entertainment, and digital trends
• Experience concepting and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Proficiency in hands-on content creation from scripting to shooting and finishing
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
