Requirements

• Strong interest in social media content creation, particularly TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram
• Understanding of short-form content trends, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Canva
• Comfortable filming and creating content using a mobile phone
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to read and write Chinese is an added advantage
• Experience managing personal social media accounts or creating UGC is a plus
• Portfolio or examples of previous content creation work are preferred
